Frank Doria
Development Director
Frank Doria serves as the Development Director at United Community Housing Coalition (UCHC), bringing a deep commitment to Detroit and extensive experience in both private business and nonprofit management. A lifelong Detroit resident, Frank spent 28 years in a home on Sterling Street, across from Henry Ford Hospital, fostering strong ties to the community he serves. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from Seattle University, which provide him with a diverse skill set applicable across various sectors.
With a focus on fundraising data analytics and strategy, Frank excels in strategic assessment and planning, portfolio management and optimization, and turnaround and interim management. He is also experienced in staff and volunteer capacity building, as well as capital and comprehensive campaign planning and management. Frank’s dedication to strengthening organizations from within positions him to help UCHC grow and thrive, ensuring that all Detroit residents have access to safe and affordable housing.
