New ways to help you keep up with your home purchase payments!
At United Community Housing Coalition (UCHC), we are always working to improve our services and make it easier for our clients to stay on top of their payments. We’re excited to announce new upgrades coming to our payment processes that will provide better communication and support for those making monthly payments.
What's New?

1. Monthly Payment Reminder Emails
Clients can now expect to receive automated monthly reminder emails about upcoming payments. These emails will help you stay informed about due dates and avoid missed payments.

2. Monthly Payment Reminder Texts (Available Soon!)
We are setting up a text message reminder system for those who prefer SMS notifications. Clients will be able to opt-in to receive convenient monthly text reminders about upcoming payments.

3. Future Client Portal Access
We are working on a system that will allow clients to log in and check their payment status. While this feature is not yet available, we will provide updates as soon as it is ready.
What You Need to Do
Make a Payment Today: If you want to make a payment today, visit the Client Portal!
Check Your Email: Be on the lookout for monthly payment reminder emails from UCHC.
Opt-In for Text Reminders: Once available, you’ll receive instructions on how to sign up for SMS reminders.
Stay Tuned for Client Portal Updates: We will share more details once the login system is ready.
